Privacy Policy

When you use Meet Other You, you complete a questionnaire about your goals, habits, obstacles, fears, and the future life and identity you want. You also provide your first name and email address, and choose a voice preference for your audio.

Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. You do not need to include sensitive details, and we ask you not to submit information about other people.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and are handled by Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card number. We receive payment confirmation details such as the amount, payment status, and Stripe identifiers associated with your order.

Your questionnaire answers are used to generate your personalized deliverables: your Future-Self Profile, your Future-Self Audio, and your 30-Day Becoming Plan. Your email address is used to deliver your private results link and to respond to support requests.

We do not use your answers to build advertising profiles.

Meet Other You uses third-party providers that are necessary to operate the product. Your information is shared with them only to the extent needed to deliver your purchase:

• Payment processing — Stripe
• AI text generation — OpenAI
• Voice/audio generation — ElevenLabs
• Hosting, database, and file storage — Lovable and Supabase
• Email delivery — Resend

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Your generated text deliverables are stored in our database, and your audio file is stored in a private storage bucket that is not publicly listable or downloadable. Audio is served to you through a temporary signed link that expires after a short period, generated only after your private delivery link is validated.

Your results are delivered through a private link containing a unique access token. Anyone with that link can view your results, so please treat it like a password and avoid forwarding it.

Meet Other You does not use advertising or analytics cookies. During checkout, your browser's session storage temporarily holds your order reference so your progress is not lost if you refresh the page; it is cleared when you close the tab. Our hosting and payment providers may process standard technical information such as IP address and browser details as part of serving and securing the site.

Your order record — including your questionnaire answers, name, email, payment references, and generated deliverables — is retained so that you can continue to access your purchased experience through your private delivery link. We do not set a fixed deletion date for it, and we also do not promise indefinite hosting or availability: information and deliverables are kept while retention remains reasonably necessary to provide your purchased experience, unless you ask us to delete them or retention is no longer reasonably necessary or permitted.

You can ask us to delete your personal information and personalized content at any time by emailing hello@meetotheryou.com. Once your personalized content is deleted, your private results link will no longer provide those deliverables, so please download your audio and save your text first if you want to keep a copy.

Limited transaction and operational records — such as payment references, amounts, and delivery timestamps — may be retained separately where reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, or enforcing our agreements. Some payment records are also retained by our payment processor for its own accounting and legal purposes.

To access, correct, or delete your information, or to ask any privacy question, email hello@meetotheryou.com. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including private storage for audio files, expiring links, and access tokens for your results page. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we do not claim to.

Meet Other You is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
