Refund Policy

Because Meet Other You creates personalized digital content and generation begins immediately after your payment is confirmed, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available once personalized generation has begun. If you contact us before generation has started, we will do our best to cancel and refund your order in full.

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate charge in full. Email us with the email address you used at checkout and we will resolve it.

If a technical problem prevents you from receiving your Profile, Audio, or 30-Day Plan, we will first try to fix the issue and deliver what you paid for. If we cannot deliver your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

Please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

If a deliverable is materially defective — for example the audio will not play, a file is corrupted, or your results link does not work — contact us and we will repair, regenerate, or re-deliver it at no cost. If we cannot make it work, you are entitled to a refund.

Personal dissatisfaction with the tone, style, or content of AI-generated writing is not the same as a defect, and is handled under the change-of-mind section above.

Nothing in this policy limits or removes any rights you may have under the consumer laws that apply to you. Where those laws give you a stronger right to a refund, those rights apply.

Email hello@meetotheryou.com from the address you used at checkout and describe what happened. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take a few business days to show the credit.
